High Watt Density Cartridge Heaters

Medium Watt Density Cartridge Heaters

The cost effective alternative for cartridge heaters greater than 8” long with watt densities below 65 watts per square inch.  Medium watt density cartridge heaters have the resistance wire in the center of a ceramic core .  Swaged in the same method as our high watt density cartridge heaters-Medium watt density cartridge heaters are durable workhorses.

Anti-Seize Cartridge Heaters

Heat Tech Systems has solved the removal problem sometimes seen in cartridge heaters.  Heat Tech cartridge heaters are built to last.  During that time it is possible for a cartridge heater to adhere to the bore making the cartridge heater difficult to remove especially when the cartridge heater is inserted into dissimilar metals such as aluminum or brass, or when contaminants are present.  Heat Tech's premium Anti-seize cartridge heaters help you preserve the integrity of your bore so your equipment can run at its best, and reduce costly down time associated with heater removal.
