Formulation for deep draw molds. No ozone depleting chemicals. Excellent for most thermoplastics: ABC, acetyl, nylon, vinyl, PVC. Also good on phenolic and urethane contains PTFE. Dry film "DFL(R)" will not create "hydraulic effect" on deep drafted molds. Dry film will not pick up dust or dirt and remains inert when exposed to corrosive reagents. It's an excellent, fast-drying lubricant for injection molding where clarity and deep draw are important, especially with hard, brittle resins.
