Tip Assemblies we are able to supply all your Nozzles, Nozzle Tips and Nozzle Bodies.

One Piece Nozzles, are made of Material H-13 Heat Treated to RC 42 –45.
We supply One piece Nozzles at Prices very competitive with any Catalog house
with the service you expect from a local Disributor. 

Replaceable Nozzle Tips, General Purpose Replaceable Nozzle Tips are used mostly for Styrene ,Polyethylene and all other general purpose materials.Nylon Nozzle is used to minimize drooling on Nylon jobs.FT Nozzle (Full Taper) is used for ABS, Acrylics and other engineered materials

Replaceable Tip Nozzles,  Material 4140H.T. Rc 28-32. Standard and None Standard Thread sizes are available on our Replaceable Tip Nozzles for Injection Molding. We work with our customer to stock most any components.

Injection Molding Threaded Nozzle Adapters are made from blanks that come off
HTS inc. stock. We are set up to handle quick delivaries on most standard
Threaded Nozzle Adapters.

Injection Molding Mold Clamps, We carry a full line of industry sizes and are able to ship Mold Clamps for stock in most cases.
