One Shot Hopper loaders
One Shot Loaders and Hopper loader for any of your Injection Molding or Extrusion Needs.
Our Hopper Loaders can load up 800 pounds an hour and very easy to clean. Both the Hopper loaders and the One Shots have cleanable filters none breakable site lens, built to last in any industrial application.

Large Site Glasses for easy regrind flow. Poly Carbonate site glass that won't break. Special designed Filters that flow from the inside out, instead of lesser brands with car filters that filter from the outside in. Because of the filter design the filter can be blown out and reused many times.

We have change the filter to clear in the correct direction. Most One Shot Loaders will use a car filter to keep dust
in the loader. We have designed the filter to filter from the inside out not the out side in which is how a car filter works.
The filters a cleaned and reused for long life the best filtration on the market.
The feed tube is made from Poly Carbonate for long life and no breakage. The feed tube is also 2.5 " for easy feeding of
regrind. No more plugging up of the material in the feed throat with regrind for much easier processing.
All our product are engineered and manufactured to the highest quality. This allows us to have a justification and pay back of just a few months.
