RAPTOR SIDE ENTRY ROBOT WITH DUAL FUNCTION EOAT
- Raptor Side Entry Robot with Intellimotion(TM) dynamic motion control positions the EOAT for quick and precise label acquisition.
- Placement and parts retrieval processes take place.
- Dual arm configuration with independent servo arm control accesses labels and parts in the high cavitation stack molds.
- Dual function EOAT presents labels to the electrostatic discharge unit prior to placement in the mold.
- Part removal occurs concurrently, saving time in each molding cycle.

MOLDED PART HANDLING
- Post-molding manipulation specific to each part type.
- Hinged lids, covers, and caps are flexed and closed by dedicated tooling and fixtures, done within molding machine cycle time.
