The technology in designing Screw Tips is based on the material you are running. We have of course all the OEM GP designs but we also have a full line of Tips designed to handle any of you specific needs of engineered resins.
We supply all versions of Injection Molding Screws, Barrels and Screw Tips.
The Screw tips can made of every type of material from H-13, D-2 or 10 V.

Materials Available

H13 / Nitrited
Tool steel with good strength that is thru-hardened and ground dimensionally then nitrited for 72 hours. A tough material good for general applications. |
CPM - 9V
Highly wear resistant tool steel with a high percentage of vanadium carbide. Excellent for abrasive applications. |
CPM - 420V
Ideal for highly corrosive applications. 420V also has significant wear resistant characteristics. |
